As a seasoned REALTOR that specialized in Greater Travelers Rest real estate in upstate South Carolina and with Veterans and First Responders, I believe you have enough to balance in your life without the time sensitive nuances of a successful real estate transaction. Therefore, I aimed to implement my personal slogan: “Real estate simply SOLD”.

When clients sell or buy a home, it is more than just a transaction. It is a life-changing experience with ups and downs. Subsequently, as a full-time seasoned real estate professional, my goal was to simplify this time in your life.

As “thank you” to my buyer clients that are Veterans and/or First Responders, I contributed $500 dollars towards transaction costs.
